Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to “consumer health data” as defined by Washington’s My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law (SB 370), and similar laws in other states. It explains how Rebound LLC dba Cloud9 (“Cloud9,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares that data. It adds to our Privacy Policy.
Consumer Health Data We Collect
- Health and wellness details you choose to share, for example in a quiz or an optional survey after you order: symptoms, health goals, and drinking habits.
- Lab results you choose to share with us, including results from our at-home blood test.
- Information about health-related products you buy from us, which may suggest something about your health.
How We Collect It
- Directly from you, when you answer questions, contact us, or share results.
- From our laboratory partner, when you order an at-home blood test.
- From your orders and account activity with us.
Why We Collect and Use It
- To provide the products and services you ask for, such as your orders and your blood test results.
- To personalize recommendations, content, and support for you.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To understand, in aggregated or de-identified form, how our products work for different customers, and to improve them.
- To comply with the law.
We collect and share consumer health data only with your consent or as needed to provide a product or service you asked for. We ask for your consent separately, and saying no never affects your ability to buy from us.
Who We Share It With
- Service providers that process it on our behalf under contract: our e-commerce platform, our email and text messaging platforms, our customer service platform, and our laboratory partner.
- Others, only with your consent or when the law requires it.
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not use it for targeted advertising or share it with advertising partners. We do not use geofences around places where people get health care.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and access it.
- Get a list of the third parties and affiliates we have shared it with, and how to contact them.
- Withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of it.
- Have it deleted.
To use these rights, email info@trycloud9.com with the subject “Consumer Health Data Request.” We will confirm your identity and respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the word “Appeal,” and we will respond to your appeal within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you can contact your state attorney general.
