Shipping & Return Policy

Most companies write these pages to protect themselves from you. We wrote ours because we trust you.

Here's the short version.

If Cloud9 isn't working for you, for any reason, send it back and we'll refund you. You don't need a sealed bottle or a good excuse. "It wasn't for me" is enough.

Any reason 60 days Opened is fine

Could someone take advantage of that? Sure. We're okay with it. We'd rather build our policy around the honest, decent majority than punish everyone to stop a few.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States.

  • Economy · 5 to 8 business days $4.90
  • Standard · 3 to 4 business days $6.90

Delivery estimates depend on order verification and processing. Shipping fees aren't refundable, and that's about the only line on this page that won't bend.

Refunds

You've got 60 days from the day your order lands to ask for a refund. Opened it, used half of it, didn't love it, changed your mind. All fine.

  1. Email us at info@trycloud9.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send you the return address. Return shipping is on you, but if that's a real hardship, tell us and we'll work it out.
  3. Once your return reaches us, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Missed a cancellation?

Forgot to cancel before your next order shipped? It happens to everyone. Email us. We're not going to hide behind a date or make you feel bad for being a day late. We'll sort it out like reasonable people.

We treat you the way we'd want a company to treat us. Fast, flexible, no runaround. If something here feels unfair for your situation, just tell us. This policy is the starting point, not the wall.
