Authorized Sales Channels

Authorized Cloud9 resellers may sell products:

  • In-clinic or in-store at a licensed physical location.
  • Through a professional or clinic-owned e-commerce website that has received express written authorization from Cloud9.

Strictly Prohibited Sales Channels

The sale of Cloud9 products on Amazon is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

This includes all Amazon marketplace listings, under any business name, seller ID, or fulfillment method (FBA or FBM).

Sales on other third-party marketplaces such as Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms are also strictly prohibited without express written consent from Cloud9.

Enforcement & Liquidated Damages

Cloud9 actively monitors online marketplaces and enforces its distribution policy.

If any reseller is found selling Cloud9 products on Amazon or other unauthorized marketplaces, the following will occur:

  1. Immediate termination of reseller privileges and cancellation of all pending or future orders.
  2. Loss of product warranties, returns, and customer support.
  3. Liquidated damages equal to fifty percent (50%) of the purchase value of all products determined to be resold through unauthorized channels.

These damages are intended to cover the administrative, investigative, and reputational harm caused by unauthorized online sales and are agreed upon as liquidated damages, not a penalty.

Cloud9 reserves the right to take additional legal or financial action to recover losses or enforce compliance.

How to Apply (Clinics & Physical Retail)

Step 1 — Email your application to info@trycloud9.com.

Include:

  • Business name, address, website, and primary contact
  • Business license (or professional credentials for clinicians)
  • Resale certificate (if applicable)
  • Sales channels (clinic/store only, any owned e-commerce)
  • Estimated monthly volume and initial PO estimate
  • Confirmation that you understand Amazon and all third-party marketplaces are strictly prohibited
Step 2 — Review (5–7 business days).

We'll confirm eligibility, align on channels, and send wholesale pricing plus the Authorized Reseller Terms for e-signature.

Step 3 — Onboarding.

Receive access to product education, POS assets, and your wholesale ordering portal.
