Clearer head and overall better feeling
Between the Cloud 9 and the Gold Guard my labs are all in the green versus a month ago my liver levels were on the higher side. My Doctor asked me what I did. AndI love wine, and admit I drink too much of it.

I think it's been about 3 weeks since I started taking daily restore. I haven't stopped drinking completely, but this last week I felt significantly more focused with a better attitude all day long. I like knowing I'm giving my body Omega's to support heart and cardiovascular health. The capsules are easy to take but noticed not to exercise right away as I'd taken too many supplements and got nauseous. Was a tough workout so will switch the timing.
